[netconnect] X-Arc

Hi All,

Could some kind soul advise me if X-Arc is part of the NC3 package, or
do I have to register for it as a 'stand-alone' prog.

If I do have to register, how much is it and how do I get the keyfile?

Any other info. about it is welcome.
