I had this problem what you have to do is use the Wizard to get your
connection, it will that tell you that it can't find a host name and
ask you to put a dummy one in after that it shouldn't pop up at all.
Also i had to wait 48 hours for my connection, but hey the phone calls
free, when they connected me they sent a e-mail to confirm my
connection (just like they said) :)
