There's a new 'Prune Cache' option which keeps a specified portion of the
cache (deleting the rest).  I did find it would only let me keep up to 8mb
when I had 33mb I don't know why.  I als odon't know how it decides what to
delete but it did keep my most frequently visited sites, so it seems
alright.  Perhaps Olli or someone can shed more light?
