Our house are signed up with NTLworld ATM, 'cos we're using NTL
services, so it's almost completely free (insofar as we don't
notice them leeching any money from us). We're also signed up
with BTInternet (who have the nasty "we're going to remove 9.99
from your bank account each month, and leave you with pennies"
attitude), but NTL are ahead by a nose ATM - probably because
they have less Denial Of Service attacks (see pingflood :) and
you don't get as many people probing for open ports (plus it's a
24hr thing, rather than 6pm to 12am).

As for signing up, I got the details by first using my flatmates
PC. We had to do the same for NTL.net a while ago. I can give
you the phone number (once I get home), but that's about it :(

Still using UKOnline for everything useful, though :)
