There is currently an interconnect switching issue between the major 
telecoms in the UK.

We stress that is not a bandwidth problem or a problem with our network.

The symptoms of this switching issue include error 629, 678, 676 and 
the inability to connect first time to our service.

We will be posting statements on our website to confirm this issue in 2 
to 3 days time.
