I'm a japanese Amiga user:-)
I had experienced the same problem, though its version is 3.0.26 my
copy of NC3 include.
I asked the same question you did here.
It was the problem caused by a wrong cd burning.
The solution was very simple, just download the latest version of
Voyager. It works fine.
I don't know this is the answer you need, but if you didn't try it,
just do it.
