I've never heard of this ORBS thing but by the sounds of it it's a simple
situation. Your friend's mailserver at work is badly configured and
allows anyone to relay email through it (this is a BAD thing). He should
talk to his system admin at work, show him the e-mail, explain the
situation and get him to sort out the mailserver so that it will only
relay mail for authorised computers.
