Hmm, <td width="100%"> is fine in HTML4.0 though, so it's not really an
error on his behalf (well, making a cell 100% wide if there are other
cells on the same horizontal row is not very clever but not syntactically
wrong and IIRC the W3C HTML manual defines what a browser should do if the
sizes don't add up to 100%.
