[netconnect] Aminet failure

Hi Everyone,

I have just attempted to connect to various sites via Voyager 2.95.
In each case I am being told "cannot connect 61 (connection refused)"
Have they all gone down?

I was able to connect to one site via the Awn.pipe program to enable the
download of the last 7 days issue.
