NC3 is shipped with a serial code in the actual CD. If you didn't get one, this
is a problem, sure. I'll have to think of a solution for this as a) I would
normally ask for the CD to be returned, to prove there was no serial code (it's
only happened twice before) and b) you are based in Australia (or New Zealand?),
so it's going to prove a problem to ask for the CD back.
