Cheers for the reply Patrick, I think it was something to do with the fact
that I wasn't running a TCPIP stack when I first sent the message so the MD
got confused. It seems to have gone out now anyway.

I'd say much the same. The newsreader has got potential but needs more
commands - it needs mark thread read, mark article/thread unread etc.
