Hmmm - that was a productive reply, wasn't it?

What exactly are you trying to achieve?  You'll only result in support
no longer being provided.

Sure, everyone was a bit put out when they received a faulty CD, but
it was easily remedied - download a new version of the relevant
software which was already available, and problem solved!  If I
accidentally deleted something, then I had the new version of the
software sitting on my hard drive ready to be installed yet again!
