Hi all,
Firstly - thanks to the team for the update to AmIRC to 3.5.
T'is much faster at startup :)
Now - an idea I have for the next update - would it be possible to implement an
automatic identify system?
I have Voice status on certain channels (not got to op status yet!) and have to type
/msg NICKSERV IDENTIFY {password} whenever I log onto that channel.
Now although I have this set to an F-key its still a random thing as to whether I hit
it at the right time for chanserv to recognise me before taking away my voice status.
So I have to /cycle to get it back.
I was wondering if its possible to introduce a thing in Prefs where depending on the
nick you use, and the channel you go into it'll throw up the correct password line at
the right time when you log into a channel??
Or would this just be too impossible to implement?
Its just a thought I had.
Thanks.
Biffy Senya.
