Mike, you are really and quickly turning into /the/ NC ML gossip! :)
The key point is 'I've read..'. Haage&Partner have not taken over Genesis
development, no agreement has been reached with them and nor with Genesis be
part of any 'boing bag' until an agreement is made and a statement is
issued!
Have you seen a public statement from Active or Haage? Nope? Therefore you
can probably guess that an agreement has yet to be made!
As soon as anything more concrete is decided/agreed on the future of
Genesis, you can expect an announcement here and on our web site. Until that
happens, of course, the 'news' you hear is generally heresay.
