Wild stab in the dark:
Could this bit of your HD be knackered? Try deleting the CIX_d7 draw
wherever your cache is and recreating it. You might have to flush your
cache as well.
Or better still, set up a new cache elsewhere and point Voyager at it.
If this works, then your HD is up the spout.
If it doesn't, you've wasted your time :)
