I am having problems getting online at the moment. One day it was
working fine the next, Genisis "can't get a response to simple commands
from modem". It is linked via a SilverSurfer and I've also tried
moving it back to the standard serial port but to no avail. I don't
think it's been knocked or anything. The modem is a 56k v90, no known
make (I can't remember the name), only 9 months old. Any ideas before
I try and get it changed or buy a new one?
(p.s.I'm currently accessing my email account from the website at work)
