The graphical output in the main NetInfo window is basically an
interpretation of a traceroute to the site (apologies to Olli if this is
an oversimplification). Your ISP would more likely be interested in the
raw traceroute output.
Type "traceroute site.com" in a shell and send them the output. Make
sure you're not running any downloads or other traffic that's likely to
affect the results.
