I doubt this particular problem is down to RHA. However, the server
running the Vapor lists does seem rather flakey. I've had a similar
situation to you, where the server said I was subscribed, but didn't
send me any mails. However, it wouldn't let me resubscribe, because I
was already subscribed. I solved it by subscribing with a different
address.
