Hello,
I have two interfaces set up in Genesis. One PPP uses my GVP-IO
Extender serial port (gvpser.device) to connect to my MODEM and the
Internet. While the other is a PPP connection using the Amiga's
built-in serial port (serial.device; actually artser.device) to
connect to my Palm IIIxe.
Now for the problem, when I have one of the PPP devices connected and
I start the other, the first connection is terminated!
This problem occurs no matter which connection is first. This should
not be happening since they are using two different serial ports.
I think it has something to do with another PPP interface starting,
which "cancels" the first one. I've tried selecting unit 1 for the
appp.device of the second PPP but I keep getting a critical error:
"iface_init: could not open DEVS:Networks/appp.device unit 1"
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
