You could do it a very convoluted and impractical way if you have to.
Copy your Genesis settings file and change each one so it only has one
account set up within it.
Then write a program/dos script (or ask someone to do it for you :))
which does the password checking. Once a password is entered into this
program, it could then switch the settings files around so the
appropriate one is loaded.
Obviously you would have to hide the files somewhere and rely on
others not simply running Snoopdos to see where they were hidden.
