To my understanding, CM has always supported AmFTP.
Start up CM and select the menu "Settings/ContactManager...". Go to
the "Programs" page and change the FTP cycle gadget to read "AmFTP".
Open up the file requester on the "Script" bit and goto you CM
directory, then "rexx/sendAmFTP.rexx". Save the settings, and volia!
CM should send stuff to AmFTP, either by double clicking an entry, or
rightclicking an entry and selecting "Send to FTP".
