I signed up and tried to check my mail and got the same result as you.
The problem appears to be at 'netline.net.uk', their 'pop.pop3.netline.net'
server seems to have a problem; I have met this before, it was caused by the
way the Microsoft software was handling the password, an E-mail to technical
support may solve the situation. One ISP I used for a while gave me an
alterative 'POP3' server address. Let me know how you get on; off list, as
were are going off topic.
