That doesn't sound like a good way. Why convert from digital to
analogue and back to digital, with the speed penalty that involves.
Is there no simple way to null-modem from USB to ordinary serial?

FreePPP seems to work OK on Mac, and is reaonable easy to configure.

I saw a cheap USB to SCSI convertor in a shop the other day. That
would be a simple way to do it--configure a Mac disk in Shapeshifer
and just transfer the drive.

As easy as Miami. But Ethernet is always a bag of mixed fish hooks and
worms.

If you want help with networking, go to c.s.a.amiga.networking. There
are some very clever and knowledgeable people there.

Not really. TCP/IP is just TCP/IP.

Borrow SCSI and USB JAZ drives?
