Which client are they using? Probably (bloody) Pegasus, which stuffs Eudora 3 as well. Can't you just > hear them gloating already? There are quite a few top-of-the-range clients out there that hit problems with some of the more obscure encoding formats, on PC, Mac and Amiga. Don't let it get you down :) Pegasus and Eudora let the sender define the encoding format, so tell them to try something else!
