I always assumed it meant that "Offline active" was performed just
/before/ Genesis actually went offline, and "Offline passive" was
performed just after. So if you wanted to do something immediately
after the 'net connection is closed (eg use ARexx to open another
connection) you would use passive. If you wanted to do something
immediately before it was closed (eg use ARexx to tell MD2 to stop
checking mail every 15 minutes) you would use active.
Maybe not. Just my understanding :)
