Octopus seems to be a bit flaky in terms of standard MUI. It can't be
minimised, and the other gadgets don't appear, so it's possible it doesn't
write its MUI prefs in the standard way.
I can answer the second question. Move the Octopus Prefs program
(NetConnect3:Programs/Octopus/Octopus Prefs) into the NetConnect3: folder
itself, and it will get called from the option in Octopus's menu.
Hope this helps. I'll have a look at the position stuff later, and let
you know if I have any revelations.
