[netconnect] Deleting MD2 accounts

Hi all,

Because of changeing accounts a few times recently, I seem to have a
load of unused accounts in MD2 (V1.4.4). The delete button only seems
to dis-able them, not delete them.

Is there any way to delete them permanently?
