Hi There... I seem to have ran into a problem with Genesis, and wonder if anyone has any suggestions as to how I can get around this. I have a choice of several numbers that I can dial in order to connect to my ISP, and a growing percentage of these are causing the problem. With some of the numbers, when I am connecting, I hear some quiet, low tone noises, before the traditional screaming handshake. As soon as I get to the 'CONNECT 54667' bit, there's a pause, then MCP kindly informs me of the following error; 'Sanity check on memory list failed during AvailMem(MEMF_LARGEST)' I have to reboot, and try all over again. Without fail, if I try a number with the lower tones first, it will always happen. If I can find a number where it goes straight onto the screaming handshake, then everything works just fine. Can anyone shed any light on this bizarre little problem? Bablos. _____________________________________________________________ NetConnect mailing list.
