They keys for the NC3 software have to be in either S: or ENVARC: as I remember, but I haven't used it for a couple of years so can't really remember. Maybe it is finding one version of the file (Snoopdos reports okay) but you actually want the other? Try removing from both places, then copy into one at a time. Paul C, guessing. --
