after all, the most important achievement for driver writers is that there is 
no need to handle all WE configuration commands seperatly anymore, but get a 
configuration frame like dscapes struct ieee80211_conf instead. Whether the 
upper layer library fills it via WE or netlink, nobody cares. Netlink gives 
userspace the big advantage to change multiple settings at once.
