This patch is nice but it doesn't apply because of all the changes
I made to net/socket.c to handlne -ENFILE/-EMFILE correctly.
Could you please redo your patch against:
master.kernel.org:/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net-2.6.17.git
and fixup the signed-off-line.
