Yes, this is how these standard groups try to force a particular
approach to high speed networking down everyone's throats.

Memory registration is all about VIA (Virtual Interface Architecture),
RDMA, and the like.  Neither of which is necessarily the way to get
the best high performance networking.

I think we'll pass on this stuff.
