such 'feature' doesn't make sense to me.
'not overwhelming' kernel, but to 'overwhelm' userspace tcpdump?
Kernel can drop packets way faster than userspace, so such bypass
scheme has no prartical usage other than building a first step towards
complete dpdk-like bypass.
