Here's one more (most likely last) bluetooth-next pull request for the
4.19 kernel.

 - Added support for MediaTek serial Bluetooth devices
 - Initial skeleton for controller-side address resolution support
 - Fix BT_HCIUART_RTL related Kconfig dependencies
 - A few other minor fixes/cleanups
