Hello,

I've found another 'custom path' issue: The reset button on the
device->ports sidebar does not work when using a custom path. You'll find a
patch attached to this mail.

regrads
Daniel

Node depth from the seed device? What about manual topology?

Hi Alan,

it's the node depth from the currently selected device (the centered device
on the netmap tab). Everything you see in the default map is taken into
account (so this should include the manual topology)...

regards.
Daniel

Hi,

I just tried to upgrade ND2 (2.019003) and had trouble (see below).

Current ND2 version seems to require SNMP:Info 3.09 but such a version has not been released yet!

What should we do?

$ ~/bin/localenv cpanm --notest App::Netdisco
--> Working on App::Netdisco
Fetching http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/O/OL/OLIVER/App-Netdisco-2.020001.tar.gz ... OK
Configuring App-Netdisco-2.020001 ... OK
==> Found dependencies: SNMP::Info
Found SNMP::Info 3.08 which doesn't satisfy 3.09.
! Installing the dependencies failed: Installed version (3.08) of SNMP::Info is not in range '3.09'
! Bailing out the installation for App-Netdisco-2.020001.

Thanks and regards,
Nick

Oops. Sorry about that. I'll get it fixed ASAP.

Thanks for letting us know.

oliver.

I've just released App::Netdisco 2.020002 to CPAN. It reverts to requiring SNMP::Info 3.08.

(give the mirrors a little time to receive the update).

Sorry once again for the mistake, but the good news is that this version includes some nice performance enhancements to the poller.

regards,
oliver.

Thank you Oliver for your continued efforts.

Upgrade was done successfully.

Two notes:

1. At the homepage, whatever I enter in the (only) field, when I click "Discover", I get:

   Error 400
   Unable to process your query
   The page you requested is not available
   Powered by Dancer 1.3119

This error did not occur before I upgrade, I think (I have not used this form recently).

The ND2 site runs as: http://netvision.example.com:5000 (true domain name modified).

2. When using Firefox (FF v25.0.1), there is an issue with the main (top) menu:

Having opened a drop-down menu, if the mouse pointer exits the dropped-down menu area from the upper end of it (see attached screenshot, with two alternative mouse movements -causing the issue- noted with red), when the upper part of the dropped-down menu is in touch with the black menu stripe, then a large black area appears at the top of the page, which does not go away unless the mouse pointer enters the dropped-down menu area again (from whatever direction)!

This issue does not occur with IE 11.0.9600 which I tried.

I guess you may want to address the above.

Thanks,
Nick
