I've installed netdisco and when doing discovery, macsuck or arpnip over a
subnet, I am find some hosts missing. Those hosts are reachable by ping
from the same machine where netdisco is running on.
Do you guys know what could be causing this? I also get different results
comparing nmap and netdisco results.

I would start by reading these two pages:

Then run netdisco-do with debug enabled and see what is reported.
