I can't immediately see why Netdisco cares about the sequential nature (or not) of your port numbers. It might help to start with the output of this device in SNMP...

Please can you run the following and provide the output? (can send off-list if you wish to hide IPs)

~netdisco/bin/netdisco-do show -DI -d 1.2.3.4 -e interfaces
~netdisco/bin/netdisco-do show -DI -d 1.2.3.4 -e agg_ports

etc.

It appears that Netdisco does not recognize any of the out-of-sequence
numbered aggregates as such (the first three are fine). The icon
representing "link aggregate" is missing and it never "finds" the
neighbor. Instead the port is labeled "(possible uplink)". The
individual component ports show their neighbor correctly.

I can manually define a neighbor links, but is there a better way to fix this?
