I generated a Ports in Half Duplex Mode report and went through my switches
making config changes. How do I get Netdisco to look at these ports again?

Hi Clayton

A discover on each changed device or a single discoverall job will do it. This
can be triggered from the admin menu or the netdisco-do cli app.

Thanks. Is there much overhead in the discoverall job? I'm always a
little worried about flooding the network with traffic.

Very little overhead (although I assume you are not doing this over a 56kbit WAN ;-)).

The backend daemon will automatically run discoverall once per day anyway, to update the system.
