I see, strange. Not sure what's going wrong, but maybe you can find it
by either:
a) check the polling queue for the device to see if there even is an
attempt to contact it:
netdisco-do psql
select * from admin where device = '<ip>'
b) look for the ip in logs/netdisco-daemon.log
Let us know what you find.
