Hello All,
In the recent days I have moved from an old server to a new VM which is
running centos8. While following the install process on
https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Netdisco I am seeing many items fail. Can
anyone offer some help with this?

this seems to be the main error:

you really need your os's version of net-snmp & it's perl packages, see
https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Netdisco#Dependencies
for centos i guess you'll need to follow the fedora/redhat part there.
