I can suggest Open-Audit for full inventory (not monitoring though).

Hello All,
As I have gotten my instance of Netdisco up and running. I have seen how useful
it is to keep a track of switches.
Can anyone help if something similar is available for servers as well? I was
able to discover ESXi in Netdisco using SNMP but it doesn't display the server
model as you can see in the screenshot attached and wasnt able to do it for
linux baremetal yet.
If someone has any pointers would really appreciate it.
