Not entirely sure if this is due to the version of EOS running on these
switches or if netdisco needs some update to include the newer HW:

This is fairly common of Cisco, Arista, or any vendor with new models over
the years, it's impossible for most 3rd party NMS tools to really keep up
to date fully with random hot new model drops. Really no way to plan
around this other than someone poking the bear to notice they got stale
after a purchase already with a new mib released with software
coincidentally. Try finding a mailing list for hot vendor mib drops,
probably some underground IRC like warez for grumpy old network engineers
shaking their fists at vendors too.
I'd love to see a better solution as this is a problem with almost any NMS
still dealing with snmp, but try dealing with the trainwrecks of various
modern API's and webhooks instead that were to be the answer.
