Adding "macsuck_all_vlans: true" has fixed my issue without adding a noticeable
amount of time to macsuck under Poller Performance. I found an old issue on
github that seemed similar hinting that it's a bug with Cisco and SNMPv2 and
that moving to SNMPv3 might fix it. If that does fix it, I'll report back,
though it might be a few months.

i_vlan_membership. You can run netdisco-do macsuck -DIS -d <ip> to see
what is called and returned.

macsuck_all_vlans
Value: Boolean. Default: false.
Set to macsuck all VLANs, not just the ones that are being used on
ports. This is a debug option. Set this if you think that the option of
not macsucking VLANs that aren’t in use on device ports is somehow
interfering.
I'm not sure how bad or slow globally enabling this would be and if it
solves your problem. Worth a try, or to make a targeted fix you maybe
can figure out where snmp-info goes wrong and patch it for the device
class in question.
