Issue #771 has been updated by Witchaphon Saengaram.
Even I follow this workaround, my problem still occur.
Is there any suggestion ?

Hi,
I am trying to access http://<my_ip>/netdot and I keep no getting permission
Denied Error.
I have copied over netdot_apache2_local.conf file and the following is present
in the file.
use lib qw( /usr/local/netdot/lib );
ls -ltr on /usr/local/netdot/lib is:-
rw-r--r--. 1 apache apache 3206 Jan 21 10:16 jsrsServer.pm
-rw-r--r--. 1 apache apache 6759 Jan 21 10:16 Netdot.pm

and The Error Message is :-
