Does anyone implemented a patch to log the user activity, like creating,
changing, deleting ip blocks?

Heidrich, this functionality is available in version 1.0.1. Look for a
table called "audit".
Advanced -> Browse/Search -> Audit
Also, the same information is sent to Syslog.
