Hi,
I was wondering whether netdot can run without the DB_DBA_PASSWORD. Is
it just needed at install time, or also during normal operations?
If its just at install time, am I right that it will not be written in
any file if I don't mention it in etc/Site.conf?

Besides at installation, it is also necessary for table rotation
(bin/prune_db.pl).
