I had the same problem, posted to this list about a month ago.
Someone sent me an offlist reply some time later:

Hope this helps you.

The total budget at all receivers for solving senders' problems is $0.
If you want them to accept your mail and manage it the way you want,
send it the way the spec says to. --John Levine

Thanks Todd,

It turned out to be missing Net::Patricia
I'd missed the 'make testdeps' step during the upgrade.

Though the error wasn't useful at all in discovering that.

Hello list,

I have been getting this error message every time the updatedevices.pl script
is ran:

ERROR - Error while updating Asset: Can't update 662: DBD::mysql::st execute
failed: Duplicate entry '12971' for key 2 [for Statement "UPDATE asset SET
physaddr = ? WHERE  id=? " with ParamValues: 0='12971', 1='662'] at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/DBIx/ContextualFetch.pm line 52. at
/usr/local/netdot/bin/updatedevices.pl line 201

I am running netdot version 1.0.4 and the upgrade seemingly went fine. No
errors in the upgrade logs.

Is there a way I can fix this?

Thanks,

AJ Schroeder
