Is there a way to have netdot exclude forwarding entries on uplink interfaces?

Hello,
I was trying to add a mikrotik router and hp procurve switch but got the
following error:
INFO - Updating all devices in given file: /home/noc/discoverme.txt
> Cannot find module (MIKROTIK-MIB): At line 0 in (none)
> ERROR - The MIKROTIK-MIB did not load. See README for
