Hi,
i have some trouble with generating strand sequences. When I define a
sequence, the "member strands" of the sequence are shown as a list, but
not the sequence itself. Am i doing something wrong here?
The Strands have been "spliced" together within the Backbonecable Module
The resulting sequence should look like this:
a1-c1.3/mm.e2w/sl.5 -- a1-f0/mm.st/sl.13 -- f0-g0/mm.st/sl.7
a1-c1.3/mm.e2w/sl.6 -- a1-f0/mm.st/sl.14 -- f0-g0/mm.st/sl.8
(Self-Invented) Nomenclature is:
SiteA-SiteB/strandtype.connectortype/linktype for the Backbonecables
