Netdot 1.0.4 doesn't support SNMP v3 discovering, even from command line.
Also it doesn't use contexts to populate FWT when SNMP v3 is configured, it
always gets VLAN 1 FWT instead of MAC address tables for all VLANs.

Made a small patch to address those issues:

It doesn't support updating SNMPv3 hosts from web-interface, though.
